Reset Password
Forgotten passwords are handled via password resets. This process involves emailing you a special URL at which a new password can be chosen. The special URL will only be valid for one hour. In order to send this information to you, we will need to identify you with some information we have on file. Login can be either your email address, CCI, CCRI or username.

The login identifier provided is invalid. Please confirm that your login identifier is one of the following:
- Your valid CCI (i.e. abc-123) or
- Your valid CCRI (i.e. abc-123-01) or
- Your valid email address or
- Your valid username
